More than 20 years ago, I started out in the insurance industry, with the only regret being I wish I had started sooner! I am so fortunate to have been a part of such awesome, winning environments- with the amazing mentors, teammates while building lifelong friendships.
In 2021, we established S.M. Smith & Associates and The Smith Agency. We have a crystal clear vision focused on providing unmatched service to the communities we serve, while creating a positive, winning environment for our teammates.
Alex Alway
With a decade of experience, Alex takes pride in helping clients acquire the appropriate protection for their situation. Alex started out his career on the ground floor and has enjoyed a consistent track record of Sales Leadership, Team Building and promotions along the way. In his executive leadership role, Alex loves to teach, train and develop.
